Luxembourg – A Small Country with a Big Identity

Luxembourg is one of the smallest yet most beautiful and influential countries in Europe. Known for its high standard of living, peaceful environment, green landscapes, and strong economy, Luxembourg is a country where tradition meets modernity. It is officially known as the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg and is the only Grand Duchy in the world, meaning its head of state is a Grand Duke, not a president or king.

  • The Prussians

In 1867, Luxembourg gained its independence through the Treaty of London.
